What is the definition of “empathy” and why is it important for our mental health? That’s the topic of today’s vlog!


We’ve heard the expression of putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. That’s a common way to remember that empathy is not sympathy. However, current research proves it goes much deeper than this. What CAN we do to better understand other people’s emotions when faced with hardship?
