I've Been a Bully and Been Bullied: Here's What I Learned

Let’s talk about something that affects all of us during our middle school or high school years… bullying.

I’ve actually been on both sides of this, having been a bully and also having experienced bullying, so I wanted to share my experiences. And while I can’t speak for every case of bullying, I do want to be honest about why I was a bully for a short time in middle school, how I learned from that experience, and how being bullied myself also helped me see things in a different light.
