In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, today’s vlog discusses how friendships have a big impact on our mental well-being, and how to know if a friendship has run its course.
In my video, I share some signs that a friendship might not be good for you, as well as 9 signs that it IS a healthy friendship. After watching my video, I hope you can take some time to appreciate the REAL friendships you have in your life, and perhaps consider cutting back on the ones that are no longer good for your mental health.
